กำหนดชำระค่าเช่า
ผู้เช่าจะต้องชำระค่าเช่า ภายในวันที่ N ของทุกเดือน ตามวันที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญาเช่า
租金缴款期限
房客须依租赁合约约定，于每月 N 日或之前缴清租金。
Rent Payment Due Date
The tenant must pay the rent on or before the Nth day of each month, as specified in the rental agreement.
ค่าปรับกรณีชำระล่าช้า
หากชำระค่าเช่าหลังวันที่ครบกำหนด จะมีค่าปรับ วันละ 500 บาท นับตั้งแต่วันที่ผิดนัด ตามเงื่อนไขที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญาเช่า
逾期付款罚金
逾期未缴租金，将依租赁合约约定，自逾期日起收取 每日 500 泰铢的罚金。
Late Payment Penalty
A THB 500 per day late payment penalty will apply from the date of default, in accordance with the rental agreement.
กรณีค้างชำระเกิน 15 วัน
หากค้างชำระค่าเช้า เกิน 15 วัน เจ้าของห้องมีสิทธิดำเนินการตามสัญญาเช่าและกฎหมายไทยที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงการแจ้งให้ชำระค่าเช่าและดำเนินการบอกเลิกสัญญาตามกฎหมาย
逾期超过 15 天
如租金逾期 超过 15 天，房东可依租赁合约及泰国相关法律采取进一步措施，包括催缴及依法终止租赁合约。
More Than 15 Days Overdue
If rent remains unpaid for more than 15 days, the landlord may take further action in accordance with the rental agreement and applicable Thai law, including issuing a payment notice and legally terminating the rental agreement.
