สวัสดีค่ะ ขออนุญาตแจ้งจากที่แป้งคำนวณยอดค่าไฟที่จดมิเตอร์ไฟนะคะ
ทางผู้เช่าได้ชำระค่าไฟไปแล้วทั้ง 2 เดือน ของเดือน 03/69 และ 04/69 ค่ะ
ยอด 1,505.63 บาท ชำระเรียบร้อยแล้ว
ทางแป้งได้คำนวณ ดังนี้ค่ะ
หน่วยไฟรวมของทั้ง 2 เดือน (ที่การไฟฟ้าจด): 110 หน่วย+ 263 หน่วย = 373 หน่วย
ยอดที่ผู้เช่าต้องจ่ายจริง จากที่เราคิดสัดส่วนวันอยู่จริง (28 มี.ค. - 4 พ.ค.) ผู้เช่าใช้ไฟไปทั้งหมด 287.84 หน่วย
เลขมิเตอร์ไฟ ณ วันย้ายเข้า 4037
ผู้เช่าชำระ 1,161.87 บาท
📌 "ผู้เช่าต้องรับผิดชอบค่าไฟจริง 1,161.87 บาท (เนื่องจากยอด 1,505.63 บาทที่จ่ายไป มีค่าไฟช่วงก่อนย้ายเข้าวันที่ 28 มี.ค. รวมอยู่ด้วย)
ดังนั้น มีส่วนต่างที่ต้องคืนให้ผู้เช่าทั้งหมด 343.76 บาทค่ะ
